Alzheimers Walk

A group from my town walked for Alzheimer's last month. Unfortunately, Alzheimer's has hit our family. My mother was diagnosed with the horrible disease about 5 years ago. It is a disease that just gets harder and harder as the years go on. There is a lot of stress involved for the caregivers. 

 

 



Hopefully with research they will one day be able to find a cure for this horrible disease. Now I have to get some Thank You cards made for all the helped me reach my goal fundraising. I exceeded my goal by quite a bit. People were very generous and most had their own stories to tell about friends and relatives that have or have had Alzheimer's.
