More Valentine's Cards

I am on a roll.....three - yes THREE posts in a row.

I have some more Valentine's Day cards that I whipped up this past weekend.

I got the idea for this card here:

I LOVE Chat!!!

I again used some of that retired valentine designer series paper that was from last year and pretty much CASED this card as far as the layout goes.  I like how it turned out and ended up making three of these.  This is how I decorated the inside:

I have one more Valentine card to show you....and I will in a day or two so check back!

Valentine's Day Cards

I have been busy making Valentine's cards! Yay!  Love Valentine's Day!

I was blog surfing the other day and a fellow blogger said she was "An Equal Opportunity Stamper" and I love that!!  I do sell SU! products BUT I do enjoy other companies as well and I do enjoy sometimes visiting my big hobby store and purchase stamps, papers and embellishments as well.  Just like going out to eat - one doesn't exclusivly dine at the same place every time - it is nice to spice up your life once in a while.

In this first peek of Valentine's Day cards, I used some retired DSP and SU! owl punch.

I love the owl punch!!
I really want to get rid of my retired paper before I buy more so I made 5 of these and still have paper left over!!  This is the inside of the cards:

I will share some more Valentine's cards in the next days ahead....

Thoughts and Prayers

It seems like I make a lot of Sympathy cards....everytime I turn around, I am reaching for one.  I know at that time of need, people really appreciate a card to know you are thinking of them during such a sad time and a "handmade" card makes it extra special.  I made a few simple cards until I have more time to spend and make more.

Not the best lighting for the cards but we have been having overcast weather which makes picture taking difficult!!

Thanks for stopping by!

It's a Boy!

A fellow co-worker and his wife recently had a baby boy!  I wanted to send them best wishes so I grabbed a SU! Hostess retired stamp set called A Slice Of Life and came up with this "simply" cute card.

I used the color Pool Party and the seam binding ribbon also in Pool Party, Whisper White and just a POP of real red for the heart.  It is  simple but sweet - just right for a newborn.
